StART PACKAGE

The starter package is for you who have bought a home from us in Spain and want help with it
insurance of housing, internet, alarms and electricity supplier so you get the best possible start and
feel secure in established companies that speak Scandinavian.

The insurance company: We contact and provide information about your home.
Internet: We provide a contact for you. We provide all information and meet installers on site.

Alarm providers: Our contact will contact you. Should it be necessary, we will open up for the installer.
We give you a guided tour of the local area, so you do not have to go around looking for different shops and thus save time.
Electricity supplier: Electricity and water are arranged by a lawyer / gestor. But, you can choose which supplier you want. You also receive the invoice in Swedish, which makes it easier.

When buying outdoor furniture from our partner, we arrange discounted prices and make sure to open up upon delivery. In addition, you get the furniture freely delivered, assembled and also get rid of the packaging to then just enjoy your patio in the best possible way immediately upon arrival.

SUPERVISION

The supervision package is for you who have a holiday home between Malaga and Marbella in Spain.
In order for you to be able to relax when you are not in place, we look at your home and
notifies and helps you if there is anything wrong with your accommodation.

Every other week we do an inside / outside check at each visit
Rinse all taps, toilets and shower / bath to eliminate odors and see that everything works

At the time of inspection, we open up and ventilate
Also check your mailbox, as there may be important mail regarding your home
We provide keys and extra keys to your home

CLEANING

Are you on your way and no one has been in your home for a while,
have you had someone who has lived in your home or do you feel that
do you need a major cleaning where you go through the entire home?
We have four different cleaning packages to offer you.

CLEANING PACKAGE 1

We open up, ventilate and turn on AC / heating. Wipes benches and tables outdoors. If you have a flushable terrace, we flush it off.

CLEANING PACKAGE 2

Normal cleaning takes place when someone has lived in the home and before the next guest moves in, or you come down on holiday. It is a normal normal cleaning.

Vacuuming
Wet drying floor
Dusting of tables and furniture
Mirror cleaning
Benches and tiles in the kitchen and cabinet doors, oven, fridge and freezer
Bathrooms: Toilet, shower / bath sink and floor

CLEANING PACKAGE 3

Once or twice a year, you should have a major cleaning to maintain a good standard of living.

Vacuuming ( all areas )
Wet drying ( all areas )
Dusting ( all areas )
Cleaning of mirrors and wiping all around
Cleaning of windows in and outdoors

CLEANING PACKAGE 4 (TERASSTÄDNING)

In the Costa del Sol area, new houses are being built in many places, which means that dust is creeping in everywhere on terraces and balconies. We keep it clean and make it look nice!

rental package

The rental package is for you who have your home between Malaga - Marbella on the Costa del Sol coast and want to let. We are the smaller and more personal landlord who is always close to the customer. Provides personal check-in where we meet the guest and go through the home, which shows that we are careful and afraid about the homes we rent out.

The Scandinavian market is the one we focus on the most, as both our customers who rent out and our guests who rent most often come from Scandinavia. We take care of cleaning and laundry and adjust so that everything is okay after the end of the rental period, we also keep track of your home during the rental period. If something should happen during the rental, we will of course help with that.

KEY SERVICE

We provide keys service free of charge. We can also deliver keys to the home if you happen to lose them. We also arrange copies of keys if you wish.

we have been working with a builder for 7 years. If you needing anything done. let us know!

RENTAL LICENSE

If you wish to let through us, we will help you
obtain a rental license. This includes various documentation, ordering a license number, things you must equip the home with according to Spanish law such as: complaint book, information folder, first aid kit.

COMFORT PACKAGE

We help you with deliveries of furniture, assembly,
installation of spotlights, bathroom mirrors, TVs, ceiling lamps, paintings, etc.
